We operate with the absolute minimum of overheads ensuring that virtually all project and research funds are spent in the South. (c) Promotion of Community Management of Natural Resources in the UK and elsewhere in the North using our South-North linkages to capitalise on best practice

We facilitate South-North linkages to highlight best practice in the South with the aim of advancing community managed natural resource approaches in the North. We accomplish this through technical advice, trainings, study tours, etc. on a wide array of topics that are relevant to natural resource governance challenges and communities in the UK and elsewhere in the North. We are particularly well placed to recruit highly trained and experienced consultants from the South to bring fresh perspectives to community management challenges in the North.
